We are NOT website developers and can only address website issues that are within our SEO SCOOP system. We ONLY use, apply and implement SEO SCOOP system and can not accommodate or work with any other SEO systems, methods or requirements. All our fees and services are non-refundable. There are no contracts so you can cancel your services at any time. All our services are paid month to month, and you may cancel any time. You are required to send us a cancellation notice 48h before the billing cycle at antonie@ammarketingseo.com or to ANY other member of our team. If you don't send us a cancellation notice, your subscription will renew and it will be non-refundable. You can upgrade/downgrade your SEO (or any other subscription) at any time.
For our SEO reporting and monitoring of SEO progress, we're using only the most reliable, reputable and accurate reporting tools, used by millions of users in the US (and around the world). These tools are Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, TrueRanker, SEMRush, TrueRanker, SpyFu and Majestic. Our medium SEO package called: MARKET LEADER PLAN ($695/mo) - gives you email support too.
Our premium SEO package called: TRAILBLAZER PLAN ($1,295/mo) - gives you email support.
All of our SEO packages include EMAIL SUPPORT ONLY. In order for us to keep our prices low - we only offer email support to all of our clients.
Custom SEO plans over $2,500/mo might have email and phone/video support, based on our agreement, but every plan under $2,500/mo has email support only.
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Serbia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Serbia for the resolution of any disputes.
By subscribing to our services or becoming a client - you accept and agree with our terms, conditions, privacy policy and disclosure statement. Please take a good look at our terms and read everything carefully prior to engaging and hiring us for SEO (or any other) services.
